By choosing THE BAY you are doing your bit to reduce your carbon footprint. The majority of our electricity, heating and hot water is provided by our solar thermal and photovoltaic panels.

Plug sockets in your room feature USB charging points which are suitable for phones, tablets and many other devices.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 8:30am and 9:00am.
We offer cereals, toast, jams, marmalades, homemade yoghurt and full English breakfast.

Towels
If staying more than one night and you wish to reuse your towels to help us stay green, please do so. If you would like fresh towels, please let us know.
To be as eco-friendly as possible, we provide bath towels as standard. If you would prefer a bath sheet please let us know.

Pillows
Extra pillows can be found in boxes under each bed.

Drinks
You will find drinks and a kettle in your room in one of the cupboards. Should you need a top-up during your stay, just let us know

Hairdryer
You will find a hairdryer in your room in one of the storage units.

Extras
If you would like a shower cap or want to borrow an iron and ironing board, please let us know.

Television
Your room is equipped with a SmartTV.
To use it simply press the power button on the remote control.
To watch regular channels use the numbers or the up/down channel buttons or press GUIDE for a full list of channels.
To access the smart functions press the multi-coloured 'M cube' button where you will find access to catch up services.
The TV comes equipped with a built-in user guide accessed by pressing the 'e-manual' button.

Keys
The long key is your room key. The smaller Yale key is for the front door. Come and go as you please, but be mindful of other guests if returning late at night.

Lights
In communal areas and en-suites, lights work on motion sensors so there is no need to worry about turning lights on and off. All lights are LED and are the most eco-friendly currently available.

Guest Lounge
Our guest lounge is open all day and night. Again, please be mindful of other guests if using the room late at night or early morning. In the hallway you will find leaflets about local attractions, bus timetables and local eateries.

E-bike Hire
We have electric bikes available to hire so you can explore this area of outstanding natural beauty at your leisure. Ask us for more information.
