Your West Wight cycling adventure can take you along the river, on picturesque former railway lines, through forests, around the coast and to the tip of the Island to the iconic Needles. With plenty of attractions, stunning landscapes and places to stop for food and drink en-route, an e-bike experience will leave you with lasting holiday memories.

With over 11 years yoga experience Jenny will run bespoke yoga sessions to meet individual abilities, whether you practise yoga on a regular basis, or want to experience it for the first time. These will take place in the stunning setting of Freshwater Bay (wet weather options also available).
Jenny says: ‘Practising yoga on the beach helps to slow and clear the mind. The sounds of the sea resonate within our breath to create a calm but strong sense of being, helping to tune out from the distractions of our hectic lives. Freshwater Bay is a beautiful location and I look forward to sharing this special experience with others.’
You will get to practise your new mindfulness techniques whilst exploring the breathtaking landscape of West Wight in some carefully planned walks in the Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty.

A three night boot camp break, involving two days of exercise training with local fitness professional Fran Clayden. Arrive on the day of your choice. Wake up each morning to a pre-breakfast HIIT (High Intensity Impact Training) and strength session, followed by a healthy breakfast. Suggested walks and cycle routes will be provided to fill your day, with the option to hire our electric bikes for the day too. End each afternoon with a circuit training session, giving you time to shower, change and enjoy the evening. Training sessions will be held in the beautiful surroundings of Freshwater Bay.
Available all year, all weather.
About your trainer:
Fran Clayden has been a competitive swimmer, runner and triathlete for over ten years and has trained athletes all over the world.
Sports Coaching and Development graduate Fran Clayden has been a competitive swimmer, runner and triathlete for over 10 years who has trained athletes all over the world. She led the fitness department and coached elite swimmers at the girls’ summer camp in New York State and developed athlete training programs.
Fran is a fully qualified personal trainer, fitness and swimming instructor and triathlon coach who teaches a range of classes such as body sculpt, circuit classes, spinning, abs, HIIT and boot camp classes.
She has a range of experience for coaching clients for open water swims, 5k, 10k and half marathon races. She also teaches PE in local primary schools and runs children’s swimming lessons. Fran is adept at both group work and one-to-one sessions with all age groups and abilities.
Fran’s passion and love for fitness is shown through her continued dedication to her own training: amazingly she also finds time to train for at least 14 hours per week!
